Elon Musk owns less than 13% of Tesla Stock. Tesla is an American Company with institutional ownership reported at 47.51%. This means pension funds, and mutual funds that pay for Americans 401(K) retirement are being hurt by the radical, divisive, and ILLEGAL activity that Mr. Ruby is promoting on his social media page.
